REGISTRATION AND REFUND POLICY

• (1) Definitions

  "Event" refers to any Workshop, Seminar, Conference, Master Class, or Training Session organised by Fox Wire Communications Ltd and which is offered to the general public.   "Registrant" refers to a person who has registered for an event organised by Fox Wire Communications Ltd.

• (2) Registration for an Event

  Any person who wishes to register for an event of Fox Wire Communications Ltd may do so at the cost of a registration fee.  Registrants will be able to attend the event after payment of the registration fee. The method for application for each event is described on the website of Fox Wire Communications Ltd, whereby the different methods of payment are also stated.

• (3) Change/Substitution of Registrants

  Any change/substitution of one registrant by another registrant, with respect to participation in any event, must be made in writing to Fox Wire Communications Ltd. Changes/Substitutions can be made without penalty.

• (4) Registration Cancellation by Registrants

  Cancellations to any event will be accepted in writing only (by email or by post) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

• (5) Deadlines for refund of Registration Fee

  Up until 30 days prior to the event date: full refund less 10% cancellation penalty. Between 15 to 30 days prior to the event date: full refund less 10% as cancellation penalty or Rs 1,500 as cancellation penalty, whichever is greater. 15 days prior to the event date:  No refund.  Any unpaid fees will be billed to the member registered for the event or the member’s institution. If an extraordinary circumstance occurs, the director of Fox Wire Communications Ltd, at his/her sole discretion, may consider a waiver of the 10% or Rs 1,500 cancellation penalty on a case-by-case basis.  If a registrant feels that he/she has experienced an extraordinary circumstance, he/she should write to the Manager of Fox Wire Communications Ltd, with as much information as possible. The appeal will be brought to the Director, who will then decide.  Once the decision is reached, the Manager will notify the affected individual.  This decision will be considered final and there will be no further appeal process.

• (6) Refund Request by Registrants in case of cancellation by Registrants

  All refund requests must be made in writing (by email or by post).
